No Alan, I checked the link you gave, but I don't see the Travelodge, I only see these hotels (the first one is indeed @£33, but it's not the Travelodge):

The Regent Hotel Leamington Spa from £33.00 per room per night

Further there are:

Coventry Binley from £22.00 per room per night
Rugby Dunchurch from £20.00 per room per night
Stratford Upon Avon from £52.00 per room per night
Rugby Central from £20.00 per room per night
Prices differ quite a bit (from 20 to 52  )

sorry gerdi i forgot to mention the regent hotel is owned by travelodge they have just kept the old name. i was looking at ferries yesterday when i had nothing to do and they were about £75.

So we are pretty much sorted for hotels, everyone got their displays sorted? Who's entering the competitions? Anyone got secret builds they want to tease us about?

before I enter anything in Gaydon competition a quick question...

can we enter the group build entry into a Gaydon competition as well or will we be penalised by the forum judge

the forum tables need as many trophy's as we can get so enter what you like

Well we are fairly sure of who is on our tables now so no real rush, I WILL get the scanner sorted but will list the categories at least tomorrow.

I'll have the Beaver finished ... stop laughing! It will be weathered so I'll probably enter it into a suitable weathering category. I'll also have the A.L.E heavy haul Faun Elephant converted from the Trumpeter Faun Tank Transporter, it will be in build though.

Not sure whether this is a "forum joke" or a serious question...... but there is NO category for "group build" so not possible to enter it. Sorry.
If we put the suggestion out to the other clubs, maybe a "group build" category could be included next year....
