Is Will Carlton not the same person as Wullie Carlton, the person who has won several prices in Gaydon over the years?
The name is very similar .....

"scotmtc" looks like the Scottish Model Truck Club to me, which would tie in with Wullie Carlton. The website seems to be gone though, that page might just be a relic of it that got left over
