I was there last year, not much of the bigger scales more diecast, with a few real trucks outside aswell, it's a great little museum with working trams & a lot of heavy industry exhibits, plus it's free to get in aswell  :thumbsupup: :thumbsupup:

It's deffo worth a look john, as davie says the museum it's self worth a wonder round and if you head around the back there is a row of old buildings that start in the early 1900 up to 1990 if I remember correctly, plus there's the old mine you can go down as well.

Mite pop along on Sunday my self see what's what  :thumbsupup:

I was very interested until I got the route planner out and discovered that at nearly 200 miles and 3 1/4 hours it`s farther than Gaydon (which is bad enough).
Sound a bit like Beamish, which is great, so I`ll give it a try next time I`m up there. :thumbsupup:
