Richard, I don`t know how I`ll recognize you (the usual dark glasses, rolled up financial times and carnation in your buttonhole?) as I`ll have your `skating lady`with me.

Ok, come to send everything out and for some reason I don't have addresses for all of you! ( maybe never had them in the first place or my filing system is crap ).

So please could Darren, Gordon, Joe, Tony and Nick (!) pm me with you addresses and I'll get your passes in the post.

Getting close, hope you are all ready

All bar one posted off (Joe,  you out there?) so when you get them DON'T LOSE THEM!

We have 5 tables again so bring plenty of models

Saturday the hall opens from 08.30,  I am going to try and be there before that but whoever is first, let Ashley know and find the tables

The hall closes at 5pm prompt and is locked so your stuff is safe in there overnight but you will not be allowed back in after 5!

Sunday also opens at 08.30. Not sure if any of our exhibitors are only there for the Sunday but you must arrive before 09.30 or you may not be allowed in with a vehicle and may be disqualified from the competitions.

Raffle and prize giving starts 15.30 prompt and closes after the ceremony.

There is a note from Ashley asking "as a matter of courtesy please refrain from packing up displays and moving around the hall during the ceremony" . I have put this note on here for those who have not been before, not for any discussion please!

I'll be there early evening on Friday so should be in the hall early Saturday. I have a few table coverings as last year so we should be OK. I also have a set of bases so we can raise the height of the display at the back. I'd like us to have some sort of working space near the front so that those who feel comfortable doing so, can sit and chat with the visitors on various topics.

I haven't lost my mind, it's backed up on a memory stick somewhere!
