Title: Jabbeke 2018
Post by: peter white on March 15, 2018, 07:32:58 PM
We've just added 120 photographs from Jabbeke to the truck model archive site....

Great show, and some of the prizes came to the UK thanks to Ashley, Mixxy, Alan Tallantyre, David Cassell and yours truly (apologies if I've left anyone out).

Thanks Peter, there are some seriously talented modellers out there. I was particularly impressed with the Quayside diorama, the HHA KW and your Atkinson which, in my opinion, is/was the best looking COE of all time.

Thanks for the pics Peter. I am glad to see that the Brits efforts were rewarded with the recognition that they deserved. Well done Gents.
As usual I came away from Jabbeke with more ideas than I know what to do with.

There was a trader with a massive load of Italeri kits at very reasonable prices...around 30 euros, and me and Ashley are trying to persuade him to come to Gaydon. He is interested but it will depend on what it costs for ferry, fuel, hotel etc. Fingers crossed.
