I used to display here regular as the Truck SIG. But I've found it too crowded in recent years. Could be persuaded to show up being as I'm a TDTMC honarary member lol

I was rather disappointed after visiting last year.  1:24 trucks were thin on the ground and aircraft were everywhere.

A bit like their forum. Trucks get about one post per month , if we are lucky.

Jim, any general model show will be representative of Modelling genres in general, Telford is the same. As Alan says, the main reason to visit model shows for me is to grab a bargain (unless Alan and Andrew Bell have nicked them all!), stock up on supplies and meet up with friends. If you want to see all model trucks, Gaydon is the only place to be :cheesy:

Andy Bell usualy turns up at Huddersfield long after the raiding party has been out.. I took 3 yank big rigs that normaly make £100 up each last year for £90 all sealed in boxes.

I'll be at Huddersfield with two WIP's, yes I'm building again, one in 1/35 and one in 1/24 which requires some specialist scratch building, am I out of my depth? ...

If anyone is attending I'll be with the 'Beyond the Box' SIG

Andrew, I'm bringing the cars to sell including the 'Goon Car', go on make me an offer, I may say yes? ...
