UK modellers might be interested in this one. Well-known photographer,author,and lorry historian Peter Davies is giving a slide show this coming Sunday (25th) at Staffordshire University in Stoke-On-Trent. The event kicks off at 12am and finishes at 5pm, and having attended one of his slide shows before I know that it will be very good - Peter has been photographing lorries for over 50 years. A display of old lorries is also being staged outside as part of the event. Tickets cost £9.95 and when I reserved my seat last Friday, about 100 tickets had already been sold.
