Some outstanding skill shown there, which I fully appreciate, but unfortunately - not for me. Perhaps I`m showing my age

Some nice paint job. I like to see the custom truck,s at show,s but it,s not verry practical for use in such as a stone quarry or muck away work. Which is what a tipper was designed for. Plus the fact with paintwork like such your forever polishing it,worring about stone chipps and paying extortionate insurance ect.ect............ So is it worth it at the end of the day. A truck,s meant to work not stand in the garrage till the next show. I doubt if most of them have seen a rainy day never mind muck. Nice pic,s all the same.

Tony is your glass half full or half empty ? always looking on the bright side

Take a chill pill Tony  life would be boring if we all liked the same thing I suppose. I do like an airbrushed truck and I have seen some that are used every day. However my biggest disappointment with most is they are just mobile canvasses, there is little or no attempt to integrate the designs with the shape of the truck, they are just paintings 'stuck' all over. As for 1/24th, not to that level of detail although if you used the stencils this guy does it would be damned impressive

I,m not knocking them these thing,s they are amazing beyond imagination. But could you imagine the song and dance the driver would make if you scraped the floor with a set of fork,s or put dolimite in as per usual. They would be like a windmill arm,s and legs flying allover the place. I know for a fact. Frank Hudson delivered timber to the last place I worked at with one of his Tcab,s luckly I was on site working so one of the other forklift driver,s unloaded him . There was hell on over fork,s scraping the truck bed. How do you get 4" thick fork,s between 3" thick kicker,s ??? without scrapping the floor. They are still good to look at though.
